Alte und adelige Familie, die durch die Vereinigung zweier sehr klarer pisanischer Familien gebildet wurde: der Prini und der Aulla, die der Burg im Val di Magra den Namen gaben. Waffe: Party; im ersten Blau zu einer natürlich entwurzelten Kiefer mit einer Schlange derselben, die zum Stamm verdreht ist, begleitet von zwei Sternen mit sechs goldenen Strahlen, einer auf jeder Seite, die vom Prini stammt; im zweiten von Rot der natürliche Turm, gekrönt von zwei Türmen, überragt von drei silbernen Kugeln, 2 und 1, und aus deren Tür ein Strom natürlichen Wassers fließt, der zur Aulla gehört.

Partito; nel primo d'azzurro, ad un pino sradicato al naturale, con un serpe dello stesso, avviticchiato al tronco, accompagnato nei fianchi di due stelle di sei raggi d'oro, una per parte, che è dei Prini; nel secondo di rosso alla torre al naturale, cimata da due torrette, sormontata da tre palle d'argento, 2 e 1, e dalla cui porta sgorga un torrente d'acqua al naturale, che è degli Aulla.
