Alfonso de Desiderio, capitán de gran valor, fue llamado a su servicio por Pietro d'Aragona, rey de Sicilia, quien le encomendó cargos muy importantes, pero después de un corto tiempo quiso regresar a su rey Carlo II, que lo amaba mucho, y de la cual se enriqueció con feudos y vasallos. Otro Alfonso, en 1528, fue barón de Leporano, y Giacomo fue investido por Ferrante I del señorío de Palagiano; Florindo en 1438 tuvo como obsequio de Giovanni-Antonio Orsini, de quien era un seguidor de confianza, el principado de Muro nel Leccese y formó allí otra rama de la familia que se extinguió en 1774. De esta familia no ha habido noticias desde el siglo XVII.
