Nel 1827 Angiolo (o Arcangelo) delle delle stelle, nato a Livorno nel 1787, chiedeva pel figlio Alessandro la ascrizione alla Nobiltà di Firenze, come discendente da Antonio, di Puccio, di Benintendi, fratello di Saracino, capostipite della celebre consorteria patrizi fiorentini. Ma tale discendenza non fu allora provata, mentre fu dimostrata quella del richiedente da un Puccio, di Antonio, che fu priore in Firenze nel 1482, la cui famiglia dal natio paese di Montelupo si era nel 1740 trasferita a Livorno per esercitarvi la marcatura. L'Angelo (o Arcangelo) suddetto aveva sposato Teresa del cavalier Ambrogio Sansedoni, patrizio senese, e nel aveva avuto il figlio Alessandro, n. a Firenze il 4 settembre 1827, che con rescritto 28 dicembre 1837 fu ascritto alla Nobiltà di Firenze.
