Una pergamena originale, oggi in possesso del marchese Ugo Lafragola Quinzi, attesta come ne fosse capostipite un Giovanni Vincenzo, barone di Preturo, di Cese, di S. Marco e delle sue ville. Vi appartennero un Alessandro, barone di Fagnano e sue ville, Antonio, Luigi e Giulio Quinty, figliuoli del q. barone Giov. Battista seniore, che nacque dal Gio. Battista seniore, figlio del barone Giov. Vincenzo il vecchio, nato da Quitio cognominato de' Aggellis, dal quale Quitio venne poi denominati la famiglia Quinty e fu figliuolo di Domenico d'Andrea de' Aggellis, che ebbe per padre il dott. Andrea, che fu generato dall'altro Domenico Seniore de' Aggellis. Da i libri originali della Riformazioni ed altre pubbliche scritture esistenti nell'Archivio di Aquila, risulta che il detto dott. Andrea di Domenico
