Questa famiglia si trova ascritta fino dall'anno 1486 al Consiglio nobile di Verona. In premio delle distinte benemerenze verso lo stato nell'armata e a Costantinopoli il nob. Francesco, originario di Candida, insieme col fratello Michele, con Decreto del Senato 13 maggio 1713, fu decorato del titolo di Conte, con i discendenti maschi legittimi in perpetuo e, per ducale 8 agosto 1796, i discendenti dei sopra nominati vennero iscritti nell'A.L.T. col titolo di conte. Silvestro Alessandro, di Alessandro, fu confermato nella nobiltà con S.R.A. 29 marzo 1823 e nel titolo di conte con S.R.A. 7 luglio 1838. Sono iscritti nell'Elenco Nobiliare Ufficiale: Giulio, n. Verona 29 agosto 1875 di Alessandro, di Silvestro e di Teresa del Lugo. Fratelli: I. Bianca, n. Padova 30 giugno 1871 in Umberto Obicini, 2. Origa, n. Verona 5 agosto 1880; 3. Alessandro, n.
