Costui sposò Giuseppa Margherita, di Gaetano Parruccone e ne ebbe Giuseppe Antonio (n. Maggiora, 3 maggio 1786), dottore in leggi come il padre e il nonno. Giuseppe Antonio, ammesso a giurare coi nobili nel 1822, sposò a Novara, il 24 luglio 1827, Giacinta di Antonio Cattaneo di Proh, da cui ebbe numerosa prole, fra cui Francesco Antonio (n. Maggiora, 3 settembre 1832, deceduto Novara, novembre 1906), canonico di Novara, ultimo degli investiti legalmente, dichiarato nobile con la famiglia per sentenza della Corte d'Appello di Torino, del 12 maggio 1865, e riconosciuto coi fratelli per Decreto Ministeriale 6 agosto 1882. Erano suoi fratelli: Giovanni Francesco (n. Novara, 10 maggio 1845), tenente colonnello nei Distretti (3 giugno 1906), distintosi nella campagna del 1866, marito di Paola Gallenga, padre di Giacinto e
