Vissero con chiarezza nella militar disciplina Martin Lopes, Lope Lopes, Hermano Lopes, y Iorge Lopes R., i quali servirono in molte guerre contra i Mori Signori di Biscaglia, e agli di Castiglia. Da questi predetti, con larga succession ne pervenne Giovan del R. Cavaliero di molta stima, mercè le sue virtù, e antica Nobiltà della Città di Vittoria in Biscaglia; il quale ad uso de gl'altri Nobili stantiò nella Villa di Lupidana due miglia distante della predetta Città di Vittoria, per suo commodo, e per l'antica origine de Maiorascato di detta sua famiglia. Questi si casò con D. Anna Ortiz de Letona Nobile
