Ancienne et très noble famille vénitienne, avec résidence dans la ville de Vérone, au conseil noble de laquelle elle est agrégée depuis 1450, répartie au cours des siècles dans diverses régions d'Italie. Dans les anciennes annales de Véronèse, déjà en 1252, on mentionnait le notaire Righetto, décapité à l'époque d'Ezzelino, le docteur Righetto, en 1344, et les héritiers de Bernardo, en 1375. La famille s'illustra aussi avec Angelo, chevalier en 1519, et avec Jacopo, podestat de Peschiera en 1606. Une autre branche. Riche famille Veronese, de la même agnation que la précédente, distinguée par un Righetto, par feu Brunoro, chevalier de la Commune en 1569, et par un Orazio, agrégé au Conseil noble en 1600. Une autre famille. Ancienne et très noble famille florentine, appelée Righetti ou Righetto, dont la noblesse évidente est attestée par la présence de son blason, dans l'œuvre précieuse "Collezione Ceramelli Papiani", construite pendant de nombreuses
