Diese Adelsfamilie gehört zu den ältesten in der Stadt Bergamo: "ex primaris" (dipl, 1590 im arch. Com). Vielleicht an den Grenzen der drei Stadtteile S. Lorenzo, S. Pancrazio und S. Michele dell'Arco aufgenommen und in den ältesten Statuten erwähnt. Noch heute heißt eine kleine Straße, die von dieser Bank nach San Michele dell'Arco führt, "via R."; hier befand sich daher die älteste Festung des R. Doch schon im 13. Jahrhundert entstanden aus Daiberto, Atto oder Azzone, Berardo, Mazuco und Belfante die Zweige Daiberti, Azueli, Berardi, Mazzuconi und Belfanti. Von Belfanti erhielt eine Burg auf dem Hügel von S. Michele del Pozzo Bianco in Richtung Pignolo ihren Namen, wo der Bischof Giovanni 1296 gerettet wurde, als das Episkop in Brand gesteckt wurde. Die Konfession ging dann auf das Bollwerk über, das 1561 über den Ruinen errichtet wurde. Eine hohe Festung hatte die R. in Comonte und wurde von Piccinino abgerissen. um
