Nel regno di Don Fernando I, nell'anno 1050, Doña Urraca de R. sposò Garci Méndez Sorred, uno dei principali Ricohombres di quel tempo, capostipite e ceppo della grande famiglia Sotomayor, secondo quanto afferma Pellicer nel suo Memorial del Marqués de Rivas e in quella del Conte di Miranda, e Felipe Bernardo de Quirós nel Memoriale Genealogico della Casa di Olloniego.
