Alte Familie mit dem Titel der Herren der Rocca, auch Rocchicciola genannt, Burg der Assisi-Landschaft; und Sanctes Rebeus ist der erste dieser Familie, an den 1088 erinnert wurde. Bernardino cavaliere della Rocchicciola 1472; Gouverneur von Brunamonte und Burg von Orvieto im Jahre 1540 und Gouverneur von Ascoli im Jahre 1560; Pietro di Brunamonte Kommissar und allgemeine Sicherheiten der Milizen des kirchlichen Staates im Jahre 1555; Pietro di Francesco und sein Neffe Pierluigi mit ihren Nachkommen wurden am 18. Mai 1575 mit einem Diplom dem Patriziat und der Staatsbürgerschaft Roms zugeschrieben. Cristiano gründete 1534 sein Haus in Foligno und wurde diesem Adel zugeschrieben. Alexander brachte seine Familie von Foligno nach Assisi zurück und lobte es sehr, indem er Ihnen öffentlich die schönen Briefe beibrachte. Dort starb er 1851.
