Ancient and very noble Venetian family, originally from Verona but with an important nucleus in the Belluno area, of clear and ancestral virtue, spread over the centuries in various regions of Italy and Europe. The first character we have news of is an Oliviero Rossa who, in 1337, gave a loan to the University of Verona. But over the centuries the Rossa family has always distinguished itself for the height of the characters it gave birth to.
