En Navarra, con casa solar en el lugar de Ustes, del partido judicial de Aoiz. De esta casa fué Josefa A., que de su marido, Pablo Pérez, tuvo a Juan José Pérez de A., natural de Ustes, que casó con doña Josefa de Arbiru y Beaumont, y fueron padres de Juan Pablo Pérez de A., que sigue, y Tomás Pérez de A., que pasó a Antioquía (Colombia) a mediados del siglo XVIII, y tuvo de su mujer, doña Teresa Martínez, los siguientes hijos: Cecilia, esposa de Simón Gómez; Inés, mujer de Toribio Corral; Julián, que contrajo matrimonio con doña Candelaria Patón, con sucesión; Pedro, esposo de doña Manuela Arias; Bautista, que murió soltero, y Toribio, que también murió sin casar. El primogénito, Juan Pablo Pérez de A., pasó con su hermano a Antioquía (Colombia) a mediados del siglo XVIII; casó con doña Rita Martínez, y fueron padres del Doctor José María, nacido el 4 de Mayo de 1780 y enviado a Bogotá a estudiar en San Bartolomé, en el año de 1794. Casó en dicha ciudad en 1803 con doña Ignacia de Herrera Galvis. Murió fusilado pro Morillo en 1816; Manuel Antonio, que casó en Caracas (Venezuela); Juan Manuel, que casó en Caracas, y Pedro, que contrajo matrimonio con doña Estanislaa González, y tuvieron larga sucesión.
