Família antiga, origem do Castrum Sabloni, hoje Castello di Sabbione, que se espalhou ao longo dos séculos em várias regiões da Itália. Os primeiros vestígios, deixados pela família, são encontrados em 10 de junho de 1180, pois, em um documento de aliança daquela data, um Fridigello "de Sabbione" é mencionado entre os padovanos, os coneleses e os cidadãos de Ceneda. Três séculos depois e, precisamente, em 1409, a família já era atribuída ao nobre Conselho de Verona, na pessoa de um Bartolomeo Sabbioni ("Bartholomeus Sabloni") e, em 1517, um Cristoforo Sabbioni era notário e chanceler do município de Verona .
