Fu di questa famiglia Ferdinando, il quale sposò Maria Teresa, di Carlo Pompeo conte di Luzzano: il figlio Carlo Giuseppe nato da queste nozze ottenne, con Regio Decreto 23 giugno 1895, di aggiungere il cognome materno. Successivamente con Regio Assenso fu abilitato a succedere al titolo di conte di Luzzano e con Regio Decreto 5 aprile 1896 e Regie Lettere Patenti 26 novembre 1896 ottenne concessione di arma. Il 23 dicembre 1896, con Decreto Ministeriale fu riconosciuto nel titolo nobiliare. Carlo Giuseppe sposò in seconde nozze Angelica di Francesco Sillano e da queste nozze nacquero: Delfina (nata a Valenza, 7 ottobre 1863), che fu moglie del cav. Dionigi Albertengo di Monasterolo, Ferdinando (nato a Valenza, 7 maggio 1865; deced. a Torino, 31 maggio 1928) e Angelo (nato a Valenza, 16 marzo 1873). Figli di Ferdinando e di Adelaide Accusani di Retorto sono: Angelica (nato a Torino, 11 luglio 1908) e
