Diese Familie stammt von Pietro, einem normannischen Ritter, der nach den Waffen von Roberto Guiscardo, von dem er das Schloss S. Felice (1018) erhielt, nach dem die Familie benannt wurde, in das Königreich Neapel kam. Das Schloss in Terra di Lavoro gehörte dann zusammen mit Piatravairano zum Grimaldi-Haus: Die Familie wurde 1583 mit einem Horaz in der SMO von Malta empfangen (Arch. O. Malta, Proc. 4796); mit Giuseppe am 25. September 1626 (Arch. Stato di Napoli, Bd. 31, Priorat von Barletta); und mit einem anderen Giuseppe am 15. Mai 1652 (Gr. Magisterium Rom 217, Priorat von Neapel) und im spanischen Orden von 1544. Die Mitglieder dieser Familie genossen den Adel in Neapel am Sitz von Montagna in Cosenza.
