Famiglia illustre, e probabilmente del medesimo chiaro sangue della vicentina Saraceni, da Siena trasferitasi a Vicenza nell'anno 1200. Osservando lo stemma gentilizio di questa casa fregiato della mezza luna ottomana sormontata da due sproni, pare si abbia a dedurne aver essa fatta qualche impresa contro i Turchi. Nell'anno 1404 Domenico, Nicolò e Giovanni Saraceni ebbero onorevoli impieghi sotto il dominio del Carrarese; indi il detto Domenico venne nel 1407 aggregato al Nobile Consiglio veronese. Antonio Zenone fu Arcidiacono della Cattedral Chiesa nell'anno 1475. Questa casa forse s'estinse, o certo cadde in basso stato pel bando e la confisca de' beni di Gabriele S. e di parecchi altri Nobili veronesi al tempo, che l'Imperatore Massimiliano fu Signore di Verona.
