Spaccato; nel primo di nero, a sei losanghe poste in fascia d'argento, 1, 2 e 3; nel secondo d'azzurro, ad una forbice d'argento, in banda, colle punte in alto, accompagnata in capo, a sinistra da una torta d'argento, caricata da una croce di rosso. Lo scudo accollato da un'aquila bicipite di nero, rostrata e membrata d'oro, ciascuna testa coronata all'antica dello stesso.
