Nobile famiglia vicentina, detta Tavola o della Tavola, da remoto tempo, ascritta al Consiglio Nobile, ora cessato, della città di Vicenza, in persona di: Giulio, di Paolo e della nobile signora Elena Arsieri dal Ferro, canonico, nato il 24 ottobre 1744; Ottavio Francesco, del fu Paolo, nato il primo luglio 1749; Giovanni Pietro, del fu Paolo, nato il 31 marzo 1703 e deceduto il 12 luglio 1826. La famiglia fu confermata, nella sua nobiltà, con Sovrana Risoluzione 22 settembre 1820. Altro ramo. Antica famiglia campana, di chiara ed avita virtù, propagatasi, nel corso dei secoli, in diverse regioni d'Italia. Tal casato, verosimilmente, al dir di alcuni storici, venne fregiato del cavalierato, in seguito alla partecipazione, sotto i vessilli aragonesi, connotata da coraggio e virtù, di un Carlo Savola alla guerra d'Otranto, del 1481, contro gli ottomani.
