Antichissima famiglia feltrense che fino dal 1657 appartenente a quel nobile consiglio ed ebbe cavalieri di ordini equestri esigenti prove di purità di sangue. Con S.R.A. 6 maggio 1821 venne confermata la nobiltà di Francesco di Carlo, Benedetto, Stefano ed Antonio di Manfredo. Con Real Decreto di motuproprio 14 maggio 1896 e RR.LL.PP. 30 ottobre successivo fu rinnovato a favore di Benedetto e Bartolomeo il titolo di conte già esistito in altro ramo di questa famiglia. Degno di essere menzionato è il deceduto Giovanni Battista nato a Feltre il I maggio 1890, di Benedetto e della contessa Nella Vimercati. Sanseverino, tenente degli alpini, decorato di medaglia al valore militare, morto agosto 1917 sulla Bainsizza. Sorella: Ada, nata 1896, in Guido de Marchi (Mantova). Zio: Bartolomeo, nato Feltre, 14 agosto 1860, dottore in medicina, sposato 5 giugno 1888 con Claudia Calbo Crotta, da cui: 1. Maria Cecilia, nata Feltre, 28
