Camillo canonico del Duomo, vicario generale di Monsignor Crescenzi Vescovo di Assisi nel 1602: Adriano, avvocato, commissario apostolico in Perugia nel 1666; Lattanzio, can. del Duomo, vicario generale di più Vescovi, ultimo dei S., instituì suo erede Gabriele di Alfonso Confidati, colla condizione di assumere puramente, e senza mischiarvi altro, il cognome e l'arma S. Alfonso, figlio di Gabriele, vestì per giustizia l'abito di Malta, e morì nel 1709; Adriano, suo fratello, fu prima Vescovo di Borgo San Donnino, poi di Viterbo ove morì nel 1791; Nicolò priore del Duomo di Assisi, vicario generale e capitolare e quindi vescovo della sua patria, il quale morì nel 1780. Marianna di Alfonso, ultima di sua casa, ne portò il nome, le sostense ed il titolo comitale al conte
