Altro ramo. Antica e nobile famiglia, derivata dagli Orlando, la quale à dato alla patria 21 anziani, il primo de' quali fu Ghino nel 1311, e l'ultimo Mariano di Manfredi nel 1381, e 31 priori, di cui il primo fu Paolo di Manfredi nel 1408, e l'ultimo Orazio-Felice di Francesco nel 1654. Ciolo console della Repubblica Pisana nel 1156; Ildebrando nel 1164; Pellajo, console anch'esso, fu spedito da questa contro i Lucchesi nel 1165; Benincasa di Ciolo fondatore dell'ospizio dei trovatelli di Pisa nel 1189. Furono cavalieri gaudenti un Giovanni nel 1317, ed un Massenzio nel 1320; quest'ultimo priore generale del suo Ordine in Toscana. Buonaccorso
