The Supreme Pontiff Leo XIII, to reward the merits towards the Church of the Spagnoletti Zeuli family, on 20 January 1888 granted to Onofrio Spagnoletti Zeuli, by Ferdinando, born in Andria on 28 February 1803, dec. on September 8, 1894, the transmissible title of Count. Inquartato: nel primo e quarto di verde, al braccio destro armato al naturale, movente dal lembo sinistro dello scudo impugnante una spada d'argento alta in palo ed addestrato da una cometa d'argento ondeggiante in palo (Spagnoletti); nel secondo e terzo troncato di rosso e d'azzurro; nel primo ad un giglio d'oro, nel secondo ad un rosaio a due rami divergenti, fogliati, cadauno fiorito all'estremità, essa rosa posta sulla vetta più alta, fra le tre, di un monticello pure d'oro (Zeuli). Lo scudo accollato all'aquila bicipide, coronata sulle due teste.
