Esto fue ampliado por Filippo S. de Palermo, quien para sus servicios militares tenía dos feudos con un jardín del rey Martín y viñedos en el territorio de Sacca, que eran de Antonio Montiliana, en 1394 y ciertos viñedos, y Tribunal en 1397.
