Godette nobiltà in Trapani e in Naro. Un Alessandro fu senatore di Trapani, negli 1616-17, 1620-21-22, 1631-32, 1634-35, 1639-40 e capitano di giustizia negli anni 1623-24, 1644-45; un Tiberio fu senatore in detta città negli anni 1665-66 e 1677-78; un Alessandro Specchi e Fardella tenne la stessa carica indetta città nel 1701-2 e come erede di Nicolò Lo Giudice ebbe il 31 luglio 1720 investitura della baronia della tonnara di Magazzinazzi; un Ignazio, figlio del precedente, fu investito di detta baronia il 18 febbraio 1766 e fu padre di Alessandro, che fu barone di Magazzinazzi e tenne la carica di patrizio in Naro nell'anno 1805-6, carica tenuta nel 1812-13, da un Blasco, il cui figlio Ignazio e Gaetani con R. Rescritto 10 ottobre 1851 ebbe riconoscimento del titolo di marchese di Sortino e fu iscritto nell'Elenco con il titolo di barone di Magazzinazzi; nei quali titoli gli è succeduto
