Jacques Talemandier avocat en parlement, bailli de Langeac, époux de Marie Marin, fut père de Marie-Anne Talemandier alliée le 6 juillet 1697 à Ennemond-Joseph de la Vaissière-Cantoinet et de Louis-Melchior Talemandier avocat en parlement, bailli de Langeac, marié à St-Paulien, le 16 juillet 1696, à Marie-Jeanne Chazal, d'où: Marie-Thérèse, marié le 28 janvier 1729 à Guérin Falcon seigneur de Longevialle et Louis-Melchior II de Talemandier conseiller secrétaire du roi (lettres du 14 juin 1732), écuyer, seigneur du Planchat, de Murat-le-Quaire, inspecteur des haras, qui eut de Pétronille du Fraisse: 1° Madeleine, mariée le 17 février1765 à Louis-Philibert de Cheminades comte de Lormet, chevalier, seigneur de Courbières, brigadier des armées du Roi; 2° Jeanne-Marie, mariée à Jean Rechignat seigneur de Marands.
