Die Familie Florenz stammt aus Ser Ptolemaios von Guccio da Legri im Val di Marina und hat keine Verbindung zu der von Siena und Pistoia. Guccio, di Filippo, di Tolomeo, war der erste Prior dieser Familie im Jahr 1300, und nach ihm erhielten sie diese Würde 4 unter seinen Nachkommen, und 2 wurden berufen, Teil des achtundvierzigsten Senats zu sein, das heißt Baccio Maria von Neri. 1689 und der berühmte Ökonom Matteo aus Neri 1801. Die Gucci wurden durch Dekret vom 19. April 1751 dem Florentiner Patriziat zugeschrieben. Neri Maria und Luigi Baccio Neri Maria wurden aufgrund des Dekrets von Jacopo Maria Luigi aus Matteo Luigi geboren Oberster Magistrat von Florenz, am 25. Februar. 1752, das den von Senator Girolamo Biffi, Ritter von S. Iago, mit Testament vom 27. März 1679 eingerichteten Fidecommisso genehmigte, trat der Großherzog am 20. Mai 1822 zurück, der befugt war, den von Filippo dem Biffi
