Ancient family of Feltre called "de Tomo" from the castle of the same name. He also owned the castles of Lusena and Porcen. Emperor Charles IV with his Dipl. Given by Feltre on 27 May 1335 confirmed to Benedict of Tome the dominion of the homonymous castle with the adjoining jurisdictions.
