Aus einer Linie der Familie Cortonese Tommasi, die aus dem Zweig von Francesco, aus Angiolo und genau aus der Linie von Sebastiano, Francesco, stammt, stammte Luca, Luigi, der am 6. Mai 1815 Luisa von Girolamo Aliotti heiratete, zuletzt von diese alte und edle Arezzofamilie, die diesem Patriziat seit 1755 zugeschrieben wird; und dafür fügten die aus dieser Ehe geborenen Kinder Luigi, Carlo und Francesco ihrem Nachnamen den Namen der mütterlichen Familie hinzu und umrahmten das Wappen. Die Familie ist in der offiziellen italienischen Adelsliste mit dem Titel Patrizier von Cortona (mf.) In der Person von Luigi, di Luca eingetragen. Kinder: Luca, Giovanni, Lorenzo, Annibale. Kinder von Luca, Luigi: Luigi, Carlo und Francesco.
