Un Desiderio, gonfaloniere in Pistoia nel 1501, fu padre di Bartolommeo (o Baccio), che da Rebecca Cancellieri ebbe nel 1558 Aurelio, da cui nel 1579 nacque Domizio, che generò il cav. Jacopo (n. 1624). Dal cav, Domizio (n. 1658), figlio di lui, vennero il cav. Francesco (n. 1691) e Alfonso (n. 1699), ammessi al patriziato pistoiese con decreto 14 aprile 1755. Dal secondo di essi nacquero Maria Cassandra il cav. Baccio, Jacpo e Domizio. Da Baccio vennero Maria Costanza, Teresa e Domizio Francesco (1799-1854) che ebbe solo due femmine; e da Jacopo venne Alfonso Francesco (n. 1793), che dal suo matrimonio con Barbera Cellesi, ebbe Luigi Camillo (n. 1813), Enea, Scipione, Tacito e due figlie. La famiglia è icritta nell'Elenco Ufficiale Nobilare Italiano col titolo di patrizio di Pistoia (mf.), in persona dei disc. da: a) Alfonso-Francesco, di Jacopo, di Alfonso. b) Domizio, di Baccio, di Alfonso.
