Famiglia catalana un cui ramo si trasferì a Cagliari nel scolo XV. Nel 1410 un Pietro fu vicerè e riuscì a trattare la capitolazione del giudicato d'Arborea. Nel 1421 i suoi figli presero parte al parlamento di Alfonso V e nel 1442 acquistarono le signorie di S. Sperate, Mogor, Soleminis, Ciria e Villaspeciosa dai De Tolono; negli anni successivi parteciparono all'assedio di Gerona e come ricompensa ebbero il mero e misto imperio sui loro feudi nel 1464. Nella seconda metà del secolo iniziò il declino della famiglia: nel 1490 la signoria di Vilaspeciosa fu venduta agli Aragall e quella di S. Sperate ai Boter; nel 1500 la signoria di Soleminis ai Maza e nel 1522 quella di Mogor ai Sanjust. Della famiglia non si hanno più notizie nel corso del secolo XVI.
