Altra ramo familiare. Antica e notabile famiglia veneta scritta Tramonte propagata anche nel lazio ed in Sicilia. Si ritiene che le famiglie Tramonte- tramonti abbiano una agnazione comune e che il cognome, antichissimo, sia di origine toponimica appartenente ad un ignoto capostipite proveniente dalla località omonima in Veneto oppure alla località Tramonte nel territorio amalfitano. Del ramo calabrese notiamo un Fabio che in unione del padre Gio. Lorenzo venne nell'anno 1560 a stabilire dimora in Rossano. Sposato Eleonora de Rende, ed in seconde nozze con Francesca Zanfini generò GIO. BERNARDINO, che con Giovanna Ginestra generò Nicola, Romolo, Gennaro, Pietro Antonio, Luca Antonio, Tiberio (2), Caterina (3), Eleonora (4), Francesca (5), e GIO.
