Andrea, oriundo da Bergamo, sul principio del sec. XVI stabilitosi al Finale, vi propagò la sua famiglia, che contrasse parentele con le principali e più nobili famiglie del paese, come i Miari, i Frassoni e gli Gnoli. Di questa illustre prosapia vanno ricordati: Viviano, giudice di argine nel 1550; Francesco, titolare e chierico di camera del Papa, morto a Roma nel 1591; il cav. Guido Ottavio, priore del Finale nel 1620; Venanzio, benefattore del patrio Ospedale e di altre opere pie; il cavaliere Zanotto, che fu creato coi figli e discendenti cittadino modenese per decreto dei Conservatori di Modena nel giugno 1792 e concorse generosamente alla fondazione del Collegio dei Gesuiti di Ferrara; Vincenzo e Francesco, di Cesare, fratelli, creati conti del Sacro Palazzo Lateranense da Papa Pio VIII; Vittorio e Ferruccio, fratelli, ambedue generali nella grande guerra, il secondo dei quali decorato di medaglia d'oro e di tre d'argento,
