Obertino notaio palatino, figlio di frate Pietro, consigliere, partecipa alla seduta del 6 maggio 1278 in cui il comune di Tortona conferisce la cittadinanza alla comunità di Viguzzolo; lo stesso in epoca imprecisata convalida copia di un atto dell'8 agosto 1230 relativo ad accensamento di terreni in alzano; roga atti dal 1280 al 1294.
