Simone di Giovanni war 1381 einer der Priors von Florenz, ebenso wie sein Sohn Giovanni 1411. Lorenzo wurde von einem anderen Giovanni, Enkel des oben genannten, geboren, der nach Prato zog und die Position des Gonfaloniers (1536) hatte, ebenso wie seine Nachkommen Giovanni (1558), Lorenzo (1592), Prospero (1630), Giovanni ( 1652) und der Sohn davon, Giovanni (1715), der an der heiligen Quelle den Namen Vaio Maria hatte. Die Höhle. Stefano, geboren von dem, der 1719 Gonfalonier war, fragte nach sich selbst, nach den Brüdern Msgr.
