Noble family from Urbino but originally from Castel Clementino, today Servigliano, in that of Fermo. The Knight Louis, famous music composer and master-director of the Chapel of Loreto, married the marquis Maria Antaldi, patrician of Urbino, in the first half of the 19th century. In 1841 he obtained for him, family and descendants the nobility of Urbino and the patriziate of the Republic of S. Marino. The family had many illustrious members.
