Die alte polesische Familie, die seit Beginn des 15. Jahrhunderts in Rovigo bekannt war und 1487 diesem Adel zugeschrieben wurde. Sie war eine große Menge und mit den auffälligsten Familien der Region verwandt. Sie besaß auch einen Palast in Padua, dessen Adel ihm 1764 zugeschrieben wurde, ein Adel, der wurde mit der souveränen Resolution vom 4. September 1818 anerkannt. Die Familie ist in der offiziellen italienischen Adelsliste mit dem Titel Adliger (mf.) (von Rovigo und Padua) in der Person von Francesco, Stefano, Giovanni, Stefano, di Marco Antonio.
