Da un ramo dell'albero genealogico della Famiglia Persico, che comincia nell'anno 552 da un Atrio Perseo, o Persico Tribuno de' soldati Narsete, e che, espulsi i Goti, fu eletto Prefetto della Rocca di Cremona, sembrano avere la loro provenienza i P., dei quali due fratelli essendo venuti a contesa, Valerio nel 990 assunse l cognome di P. Nell'ordine de' Senatori si trovano Bernardo nel 1080, Gherardo nel 1127, e Tommaso nel 1653 anche Oratore per la Patria in Milano presso S.A. il Cardinale Ferdinando d'Austria passato a miglior vita nel 22 Luglio 1662 come da onorevole lapidario monumento, che esisteva nella Chiesa Parrocchiale de' SS. Nazaro e Celso ora soppressa. Fra i Decurioni Brocardo nel 1142, Valerio nel 1245, Manfredo nel 1203, Jacobino nel 1347, Fedreghino nel 1399, Lombardino nel 1420, Jacobo nel 1516, e Gio.Pietro nel 1548, Lodovico nel 1520 fu Tribuno de' soldati, Tommaso nel 1522 Canonico Regolare
