Familia antigua e ilustre, originaria de Véneto, llamada en tiempos antiguos de Episcopo y de Episcopis, confirmada noble con la Resolución Soberana el 16 de noviembre de 1817. Francesco Pietro Angelo, del fallecido Gio. Battista y de la noble Sra. Elena Adriana Renier, nacida el 5 de enero de 1791 , se unieron en matrimonio, el 20 de febrero de 1816, con la noble dama Lucrezia Priori, de quien: Gio. Battista Giorgio Alvise, nacido el 25 de diciembre de 1816.
