Famiglia oriunda dalla Lorena, venuta in Torino e poscia passata a Milano. Vittorio (n. Torino 10 ottobre; deced. ivi 5 aprile 1832), di Carlo Andrea, che era banchiere di seta, e che fondò una Commenda Mauriziana, il 31 ottobre 1818, venne creato conte il 13 luglio 1824. Sposò (1799) Iene, del conte Delfino Sobreri della Costa, e da queste nozze nacquero: Vittorio (n. Torino, 28 novembre 1806; deced. ivi 4 ottobre 1872), che dalla sua consorte Teresa Picco ebbe per figlia Irene, che sposò Ferdinando Gandini, che fu applicato alla segreteria di guerra, Carlo (n. Torino 23 settembre 1818; deced. ivi, 10 agosto 1866) che fu maggiore di fanteria. Figlio di Felice fu Carlo Andrea (n. Torino 9 novembre 1849; deced. Letante sul Seveso, 2 luglio 1892), il quale venne riconsciuto nel titolo comitale con D. M. 17 gennaio 1876. Sposò (1882) Giulia Conti, e da queste nozze nacquero:
