Antica e nobile famiglia veneta nobile in Venezia sin dal XVIII secolo propagata, nel corso dei secoli, in diverse regioni d'Italia. L'avita nobiltà della famiglia Vieri dal Veneto è confermata dalla presenza del blasone nei principali armoriali Italiani. Altra famiglia. Antico ed assai nobile casato toscano con vari rami familiari in Firenze e Siena ed alcune varianti cognominali quali di Vieri, Vieri del Lion Nero, di Vieri di Cenni, Verini e Veri.
