Por escritura datada de 20 de março, Dom Alberto Genovese, duque de San Pietro, doou ao coronel no RR. Tropas e corneta dos guarda-costas de SM Cav. Dom Stefano Manca di Tiesi, marquês de Villahermosa e Santa Croce, em virtude da faculdade de dispor deles inter vivos, concedido ao primeiro adquirente Don Bernardino e ao próprio doador de seu filho; e Vittorio Emanuele I, rei da Sardenha, com um diploma em 19 de junho de 1804, aprovou o mesmo ato de transferência e doação do feudo acima mencionado feito pelo duque de San Pietro em favor de seu sobrinho Don Stefano Manca di Tiesi.
