Ancienne famille Piacenza, branche des Landi. Stefano Landi, médecin collégial, inscrit au registre de la ville le 5 octobre 1573, était un lecteur très facile au gymnase de Pavie par décr. du Sénat de Milan le 8 novembre 1569, il fut également capitaine de justice à Mantoue et auditeur de Rota en Toscane. Rocco, par acte Dordoni Giacomo du 21 janvier 1603, a laissé un héritage remarquable en faveur de l'hospice pour les orphelins de Plaisance, par lequel il a été inscrit parmi les bienfaiteurs du pieux institut. Francesco a été déclarée le 2 novembre 1697 marquise d'Ivaccari, avec des descendants mâles par acte Dosio. Un Orazio Volpolandi a été créé comte avec Pat. ducal 11 août 1711 ; un Ottavio était lieutenant dans les milices ducales ; a Ranuzio était capitaine. Giovanni Battista (né en 1697) descend de la branche marquise, dont Angelo, marié à la comtesse Girolama Roncovieri
