Em 1855, com o Short Pontifical, o título transmissível do nobre de Veroli foi concedido aos descendentes dos irmãos do monsenhor Luigi. A família é genericamente registrada na Lista Nobre Oficial da Itália, com o título de nobre de Veroli (mf.). Outro ramo. As memórias dessa família remontam àquele Zannini Tolberto da Trevignano, que era notário imperial em Treviso em 1349. O Zannini vivia em vários países; um documento antigo de 1366 lembra um Zannini de Prata, capitão de Udine durante o regime patriarcal.
