Appartengono a questa famiglia patrizia i fratelli Matteo, Marco e Leonardo figli di Antonio. Il primo nel 1509 era castellano di Breno in Valcamonica e nel 1538 fu podestà e capitano di Treviso, nel 1541 capo dei X, e nel 1557 consigliere del doge Lorenzo Priuli; Leonardo nel 1536 fu podestà e capitano di Feltre. Ma il più illustre fu Antonio loro padre, il quale essendo castellano di Scutari d'Albania nel 1474 sostenne con indomito coraggio e valore l'assedio che vi avevano posto i Turchi, e liberò la città a lui affidata, e nel 1500 essendo governatore di Modone, poi che vide questa città caduta in potere dei Mussulmani, solo si espose al furore di questi per vendicarla, e morì gloriosamente nella mischia coll'arme in pugno.
