Familia originaria de las Marcas cuyos recuerdos más antiguos se remontan al siglo XV. Un dragón era, en 1426, capitán del duque de Urbino. Antonio di Nicolello en 1441 gonfalonier. Posteriormente a nuestros días, más de sesenta personas de esta familia fueron invertidas con la misma oficina y las otras principales de la Municipalidad. Existieron tres ramas de esta familia: 1 ° la de Biscaccianti propiamente dicha, extinta durante más de un siglo; 2 ° el del Biscaccianti-Zeccadoro extinto en el siglo XIX y formado por los descendientes de Escipión que añadieron el apellido de Zeccadoro al suyo, después de haberse casado con la última de esta noble familia, la condesa Lucrezia; 3 ° la rama aún floreciente que dibujó este apellido para distinguirse de los demás, de la fuente que todavía vemos delante de su palacio.
