Famiglia di Iglesias le cui notizie risalgono al secolo XVI. Godevano di una posizione considerevole nella vita della città, ricoprivano uffici pubblici ed erano imparentati con alcune nobili famiglie. Nella seconda metà del secolo XVI la famiglia si divise in due rami: il dottor Michelangelo si trasferì a Cagliari, fu avvocato fiscale e sposò una Aymerich; suo figlio Antioco fu giudice della Reale Udienza, nel 1599 ebbe il cavalierato ereditario e la nobiltà. I suoi discendenti furono ammessi allo stamento militare nel 1624, durante il Parlamento Vivas. Questo ramo si estinse nella seconda metà del secolo XVII. Il ramo rimasto ad Iglesias si mantenne in buona condizione e, agli inizi del secolo XVIII si trasferì a Cagliari, dove nel 1736, il dottor Antonio, avvocato patrimoniale, ottenne il cavalierato ereditario e la nobiltà.
