Originaria d'Imola, trapiantata in Verona da Corrado giudice nominato testimonio nel testamento di Alberto della Scala del 6 Gen. 1301. Bartolomeo suo figlio, ebbe pure il grado di guidice, e fu anche ufficiale sopra le imposizioni civiche nel 1330. Di questa famiglia si scrive: "antichissima d'Imola, della quale il primo, che venne ad abitare in Verona, fu il Giudice Corrado nominato come testimonio nel testamento d'Alberto Della Scala il 6 Gennaio 1301. Bartolommeo figlio di Corrado cittadino veronese ebbe pure il grado di Giudice, e fu anche ufficiale sopra l'imposizioni civiche nel 1336".
