Familia originaria de Locarno, que ya residía en Piacenza en la primera mitad del siglo. XVI En un instrumento fechado el 21 de junio de 1543, recibido por el notario Antonio Riccardi, Giacomo y Francesco establecieron un fideicomiso en su propiedad, llamado Stradella Vigolzone. A Giorgio hizo un testamento el 27 de septiembre de 1572.
