Aceti has a strain between Bergamo and Milan and one in the frusinate, Aceto has a strain in the Alessandria and Genoa areas, a strain between Lazio, Abruzzo, Molise and Campania and one in the Cosenza and Crotone areas, should derive from the nickname and therefore medieval name Acetus di we have traces of it since 1200, in turn derived from the Latin name Ancetus, we remember with this name the twentieth Pope from 155 to 166: "...
